Sunnybank Community & Sports Club promotes an environment which values diversity and is free from discrimination, harrassment, victimisation and vilification where all employees and patrons are treated with dignity, courtesy and respect.

Management implements and continually updates procedures and awareness raising strategies to ensure that all employees and patrons know their rights and responsibilities in order to provide a safe and inclusive environment.

Management provides opportunities for employees and patrons to resolve complaints in a fair, timely and cofidential manner.

We encourage the reporting of behaviour which breaches the discrimination and harrassment policy and protect complainants from victimisations or reprisals when making a complaint.

Management ensures that the club complies with its legal responsibilities in accordance with the relevant Acts.
