At the Clubs we are committed to ensuring the confidentiality and security of the information you provide to us. To comply with legal requirements and to run our business effectively it is necessary for us to collect certain personal information about people with whom we deal. At the minimum this usually includes information such as members names, addresses and contact details. Additional information may be required depending on the nature of your dealings with the clubs. You can request details of any personal information the Clubs hold about you and advise us if it is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date.

The information you provide may be disclosed to persons within the Clubs. Information will not be disclosed beyond this group of people unless you have provided written authorisation that the Clubs may do so, or unless required or authorised by law.

The information you provide will only be used for the purpose it was intended unless you have consented to the information being used for a secondary purpose, or part of the normal operations of the Clubs. The Clubs take all reasonable security measures to protect personal information from loss unathorised access, destruction, misuse, modification or disclosure. As far as permissible under law, the Clubs accept no responsibility for the unauthorised use of personal information held by it.
