In our ongoing mission to serve the community with excellence, we’re proud to unveil exciting plans for a major transformation at Sunnybank Community & Sports Club. Set to roll out across multiple stages in 2025, this ambitious project will revitalise the Club’s spaces, delivering a refreshed look, improved functionality, and even more ways for members and guests to connect, dine, and unwind.
With a focus on comfort, innovation, and community spirit, the renovations will bring new life to beloved areas of the venue — all while preserving the heart and soul of what makes Sunnybank a local favourite.
What’s Changing?
From stylish bar upgrades to enhanced dining options and refreshed back-of-house facilities, our renovation is about building for a bigger future — and building the community while we’re at it.
Stage 1 - New Sports Bar & Office Upgrades
ETA: July 2025
Stage 1 sees our upstairs office spaces refurbished and Sole Casa Pizzeria transformed into a brand-new Sports Bar. With a completely redesigned entrance and experience, guests can expect a fresh, modern venue perfect for game days, casual catch-ups, and everything in between.
Stage 2 - Kitchen Expansion & Dining Potential
ETA: August 2025
We’re giving the Orchid kitchen and back-of-house areas a facelift, setting the scene for expanded dining options and improved service across the Club. This investment in our kitchen infrastructure means even better food, faster service, and more variety for our members and guests.
Stage 3 -Sunset Bar & Grill Reimagined
ETA: November 2025
One of the Club’s most popular areas is getting a stunning upgrade. Expect a brand-new island bar, all-new seating zones, and a stylish facelift that will make Sunset Bar & Grill more inviting than ever. Whether it’s date night, a casual drink, or a family dinner – there’ll be something for everyone.
